Convenient location for the tower and mosque, situated on top of a hill. I booked a wheelchair accessible room with handy amenities like a kettle and coffee/tea, which was a nice touch and made my stay here even better! ☕

Its location at a moderate distance from a massive mosque was decent and nice. It was also right by hill side, several shops and the restaurant...

The hotel was in a perfect location not far from Haram mosque, buses with more clear signage, and a hill...

We were there for 1 night, overall had a real good stay. The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was cooperative. The location for Mecca was absolutely perfect and decent, near Grand Mosque, Emaar Elite and the restaurant. Furthermore, on a hill. Room was brand-new and perfectly clean and available with coffee/tea and kettle, for instance. Everything was perfectly fine, including comfortable room decor.

The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Zamzam Well. Our quadruple room with a multi-channel TV, a seating area and a radio was outstanding. The staff were KIND, excellent co-operating.

The hotel offered good quality for the price we paid. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we even got a free upgrade on both occasions we stayed. The shuttle bus service to the main attraction was a pleasant surprise and saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short taxi ride or walk to the main attraction. Additionally, there were shops and restaurants nearby, which were reasonably priced.
The noise levels in the hotel, as the lack of double insulation/windows made it a bit noisy at times. Another issue was the lack of responsiveness from the management.

The staff are friendly, polite, and professional. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in Mecca. Access to the Haram exceeded expectations with shuttle buses and a nearby bus service. The hotel offers a great value for money and is a suitable option for Umrah travelers.
Couldn't stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Hotel facilities were modern, and there were restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location was convenient, and we were able to walk to the city center easily. Transportation was also good, and there were buses going 24/7.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

During my Xmas stay, I was happy to receive two complementary facts from the hotel. The best aspects of my stay were the key location facts: close to the main attractions and the city center. I also enjoyed the advantage of having a shuttle bus to take me to the places I wanted to visit.
There were some worst aspects that made my stay less enjoyable. One of them was the distance to the main attraction, which was too tiring even for young people like me.
